Policies

 

REFUNDS, RETURNS, EXCHANGES

Refunds are not issued unless:

  • Preorders are taking longer than expected (past the 6 month mark) or the pins didn't come out as expected. 
  • you have received an incorrect item or the item is not the grade you purchased.

Partial refunds will be given if you purchase a higher graded pin than the one you recieved. Full refunds will be given if the pin is sent back. Replacements/exchanges will be given if the pin is still available and the pin originally sent is sent back.

 

PREORDERS

  • Please do not include Preoder Items in your cart when checking out for an in-hand drop, if you do, your order will be refunded.
  • If you purchase any pin as a preorder, there is an expected 3-6 month minimum waiting period before you receive your pins. This is due to the fact that pins have to be manufactured, sent out to me and then I have to grade, pack and ship them out to you.
  • Those who preorder pins will be guaranteed the best pins of the batch.
  • Preorder sales are not refundable as they are needed for the production of the pins. (unless stated otherwise.)

 

GRADING

  • Enamel pins are handmade and therefore flaws are bound to happen. My pins are not collectors grade pins.
  • A grade are pins that I have deemed the best of the bunch. But they may still have 1-2 minor flaws including: small scratching, scuffing or specks, very small enamel underfill. These flaws are not detrimental to the design of the pin and are not visible unless at an angle/under direct lighting. Meaning that a pin with an A grading does not equal a "Perfect/Flawless" pin
  • B Grades are pins that I have deemed to be okay condition but have more minor flaws or one major flaw. This may include bigger scratching and scuffing,enamel underfill/overfill or slightly missing enamel. (sold at a discount)
  • Standard grade pins are a combination of A/B pins.
  • C Grades/Seconds are pins that have very apparent flaws in places that are detrimental to the overall design of the pin. (sold at a discount)

 

SHIPPING

  • In hand items will be shipped within 1-5 business days.
  • I ship out of the US so International buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. My store does not automatically charge for VAT so please be aware that you may be liable for extra fees if you're ordering from the UK/EU
  • I am not responsible for any custom fees for international buyers. 
  • Lost/Stolen packages: I am not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, and they will not be replaced or refunded. It is not my responsibility to contact USPS if your package is delayed or missing. Please contact your local post supplier or USPS if any issues arise. 
  • Shipping will only be combined for multiple orders made within the same drop, unless stated otherwise.

 

COMBINING ORDERS/ADDRESS CHANGES

  • Please email with your order number(s) for any order combination or adress change. DO NOT DM ON INSTAGRAM
  • "COMBINE" code should only be used to combine multiple orders within the same drop unless stated otherwise. Please do not use the combine code as a free shipping code. if you do, all of your pending orders will be cancelled and your will be banned from my shop.

 

 DISCOUNT CODES

  • You may use a discount code on any in hand or preoder items unless specifially stated otherwise.
  • Discount cosed should not be used for Items that are already discounted/ on sale

 

QUANTITY LIMITS

  •  1 of each variant per design per person. (unless stated otherwise.) You may only purchase the same design again if it's in a different variant. Quantity limits are in place to minimise reselling. 

 

RESELLING/TRADING

  • You must wait 15 days after the pin is in your possession to resell it.
  • Do not Resell my pins for more than Drop price + Shipping + fees while the pin is still available in my shop.
  • Do not trade preorder pins, only trade the pin once it is in your possession.
